CBA-NS wants to help lawyers be leaders in preventing harassment in their own profession. The bystander intervention training began in 2020 as an initiative of the CBA-NS Sexual Harassment Working Group.
The Nova Scotia Court of Appeal has teamed up with CBA Nova Scotia to support its Judicial Mediation Program.
